The villa is centrally located on the edge of one of the most beautifully situated residential areas on the island: Jan Thiel. Caracasbaai Beach and the popular Jan Thiel Beach are within walking distance.
The entire villa (including indoor apartment) has 5 furnished bedrooms, all with air conditioning, 3 modern bathrooms and 2 fully equipped kitchens. The villa itself has a living room and a separate entertainment area, the apartment has its own living room. Surrounding the villa is a beautiful large garden measuring no less than 1,700 square meters, which offers complete privacy thanks to a fence. In the garden you will find various tropical plants and trees such as coconut palms, mango trees, pomegranate trees and bougainvilleas. Of course you can eat all the fruit from the garden.
