The rustic, secure and child-friendly villa park Marbella Estate is centrally located on the Caracasbaaiweg between Jan Thiel and Salina. Approximately 2 km from Jan Thiel Beach and 2 km from Salina and Mambo Beach.

The Villa
This villa, which is built on a spacious plot of approximately 500 square meters, is immediately ready for use. The whole has a high, lightly painted tropical roof which provides a spacious effect and at the same time guarantees a pleasant indoor climate. The living room is connected to a neat, recently renovated open kitchen with dishwasher, extractor hood, 5-burner gas hob, refrigerator and oven/microwave (2022). In 2022, the cupboard doors in the kitchen were replaced by Villa Exlkusivo and a new cupboard was added for the combi microwave. The total living area is approximately 110 m².

This villa also has three bedrooms, including a master suite with private bathroom and walk-in closet. The other two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom. Each bedroom has inverter air conditioning and shutter windows.
