After obtaining his university degrees in business economics and law, Niels van Vliet took his first steps in commercial real estate at the international consultancy firm JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle). Here he has built up his client network and developed his exceeding professional level of service. Subsequently, as an entrepreneur, he focused on the development of office buildings and was managing director of the first consultancy firm in the Netherlands that offered services on an exclusive basis to users of commercial real estate. Since 2020 he has been active in the brokerage for exclusive real estate in Curacao, where he has enjoyed living every now and then for more than 30 years.
